Cheesy Onion Rings These low carb onion rings are a super easy and yummy snack! They’re especially good dipped in my Copycat Bloomin’ Onion sauce. Both of these recipes plus more delicious ones can be found in my Kristy’s Keto Recipes Cookbook 👉🏼www.Kristysketolifestyle.com RECIPE - Makes 12 onion rings • INGREDIENTS: • 1 & 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese • 12 onion slices seasoning salt to taste DIRECTIONS: • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. • 2. Place half of the shredded cheese in each ring of a donut pan. • 3. Add an onion slice to each one. • 4. Top with remaining cheese and then sprinkle on some seasoning salt. • 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. *Let cool completely before transferring to a paper towel to drain up the excess grease. NUTRITION: 1

Cheesy Ranch Pickle Chips Colby jack cheese, pickles & ranch...3 of my favorite things! I made this for an after-school snack and everyone devoured them! My ranch dressing recipe can be found in my cookbook and meal plans. www.Kristysketolifestyle.com RECIPE - Makes 12 pickle chips INGREDIENTS: • 12 dill pickle chips • 1 & 1/2 cups colby jack cheese ranch seasoning 1. Drain the pickle chips on a paper towel. • 2. Place some freshly shredded colby jack cheese in a muffin pan. • 3. Add a pickle to each one. • 4. Sprinkle on some ranch seasoning. • 5. Top with more colby jack cheese. 6. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. *I use @porkkinggood ranch seasoning on mine.
