So having this quick and easy wonton soup will prepare me for whatever the weather holds. You probably have all the ingredients at home to make this delicious and hearty soup. I used home made wontons that I previously made and froze but store bought works just as great! Be sure to check out my previous reels for that recipe 😮💨 Ingredients: - 1 box chicken bone broth - 3 slices of ginger - 1 shallot - 1 green onion - 1 1/2 tbsp chicken b - 2 tsp sugar - 1/2 tsp MSG - 1 tsp salt - 1 tbsp soy - 10-12 wontons - 2 Bok Choy - 1/8 cup water Toppings: - Green onions - Cilantro - White
Ingredients for sauce: * 10 Chile Guajillo * 10 Chile California * 2 Chile Pasilla * Chicken Bullion * Tomato Bullion * Black Pepper * Cumin * Oregano * 5 Corriander Seeds (cilantro bolita) * 6 cups water Remove seeds from the chile guajillo, California & pasilla. Boil the chiles in a pot for 15 minutes. Once boiled, remove the chiles from water and place in the blender along with the chicken bullion, tomato bullion, cumin, black pepper, oregano,5 corriander seeds, 4 garlic cloves & 6 cups of water. Blend for 2 minutes. Place the beef in the pressure cooker and add the sauce over the beef (be sure to strain it) Once you pour all the sauce add the juice of 1 orange & 2 bay leaves. Cook in pressure cooker on high for 90 minutes
