Chicken Chow Mein (serves 2) 2 nests of egg noodles 1 chicken thigh sliced ½ onion sliced 1 clove garlic chopped 1 tbsp. light soy sauce 1 tbsp. dark soy sauce handful beansprouts 1 Tsp. sugar 1 tsp. sesame oil 3 spring onions Method: 1: Boil the egg nests for four minutes then drain and plunge into cold water. Once cool. Pop back into a bowl at a tiny bit of oil then mix so the noodles are coated. This will stop them sticking together in the wok. 2: Heat a large frying pan or wok, then add a splash of oil. Pop in the chicken and cooking until golden, this will take around three minutes. Add in the onion and garlic and toss for a minute, then the noodles,

Showing a huge amount of love to my mate @ping.athome Crispy Peanut and Shallot Oil. It’s banging @pingcoombes Crispy Chilli Baked Camembert (serves 2-4) 1 x 250g camembert cheese 1 clove garlic sliced thinly 1 tsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. hot honey 1 tbsp. crispy chilli oil Method: 1: Remove the camembert from the box and remove any outer wrapping then pop the cheese back into the box. Using a sharp knife, score the cheese in a diamond pattern, making sure to cut through the rind. Gently stick slivers of garlic into some of the cuts. Drizzle with the olive oil and hot honey then place into your air fryer drawer and cook for 10 minutes at 160c.

Dean Edwards on Instagram: "Here’s another super simple slow cooker recipe for you, perfect as the chilly weather sets in 🔥 Slow Cooker Beef and Chorizo Chilli (serves 4) 500g beef mince 1 tbsp. dried oregano 2 tbsp. tomato puree 1 tsp. chilli powder 1 tbsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. smoked paprika 1 tsp. salt 1 x beef stock pot 1 x 400g can red kidney beans plus the juice 1 onion diced 80g cured chorizo chopped 2 bay leaves 100ml water (I forgot this on camera but put in before cooking) Method: 1: Pop all of the ingredients into your slow cooker pot and stir until well combined, pop on the lid then cook on the high setting for three hours or the low setting for six hours. Dean Edwards on Instagram: "I love this recipe and if you want the recipe for the chilli sauce, send me a DM 👍🏼🔥 Air Fryer Doner Kebab (serves 4) 800g lamb mince 1 tbsp. dried oregano 1 tbsp. garlic granules 1 tbsp. onion granules 1 heaped tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. cumin 1 tsp. pul biber or chilli flakes to taste 1 tbsp. salt Method: 1: Place the lamb mince into a bowl along with the herbs and spices, mix well then shape into a log which fits inside of your air fryer drawer, wrap tightly in foil. Leave to marinade, overnight is best but even an hour will do wonders for the flavour. When ready to cook, place inside your air fryer drawer and cook for 40 minutes set at 160c. Carefully remove from the foil, then pop on top of the crisp plate and return uncovered to the air fryer
