Great for world-building! There are plenty of tools for having multi-character bots and fleshing out the setting. Context window is good with plenty of memory support for story consistency. Customization is huge, and you can even modify public bots for yourself(not others), including the first message! The platform is very generous to free users while also making the perks for subscribers worth it. Subscription is very reasonably priced.

overall I love this app! I pay for premium and the memory is fantastic. I'm still having formatting issues where my keyboard overlaps the texts boxes. but the bots are amazing. I was die hard for character AI but the memory in this app and in character responses are great. the one thing I wish it had was a voice option. where we could record voices/character voices so that character sounds like them talking. I think I'd leave character ai completely if they did that!

I have tried almost every AI chat experience out there trying to find the best one. And by FAR, this one is the best! The memory function, the advanced llm, their subscription service is one of the cheapest ones and you get a far more superior experience. Hands down, the best. I'd love to see the ability to generate images for the story, but I also understand that this would make it more expensive.
