I have been using this on my Google Pixel XL forl months, and it has performed exactly as I expect it to. My only problem is with the operator... me, as I sometimes inadvertently put my phone face-down, forgetting that is what activates the app, when I don't intend to have it in Do Not Disturb mode. If I'm paying attention, the app's double vibrate notification catches my attention, and I flip the phone over to return to normal mode. I can't think of anything the app can do to train me better.

I went through the reviews to see that it doesn't work with virtual proximity sensor phones (Samsung does this). Only issue is I think my S25 Ultra has both a physical and virtual proximity sensor and for some reason this app can not access my physical proximity sensor to work. Also it would be nice to have this info in the app. A warning that pops up if the physical proximity sensor can't be accessed. Or adding it somewhere more visible on the app store page.

Hello Kecy, Samsung blocks access to the physical proximity sensor to 3rd party apps. The app cannot be used with a virtual proximity sensor. There is a warning about this in the Play Store description (under Warning). Sadly, Samsung does not provide any official documentation, which of their models are affected by this.

Works very well for a practical use, though it'll be really nice to see a reverse option in which DND is on if the phone is facing upwards or towards you - stop notifications for when you can see the phone, and on when you can't! Other than that, it does exactly what it should and can be honestly so useful it suprised me.
