This is nice in simplicity and task. However I think a few changes could really improve the experience. The first would be letting me adjust the length of intervals. For example I have always done this exercise as a 4 (breath in)-4(hold)-8(breath out) and the inability to make any adjustments is frustrating. Also, the vibration to indicate the movement to a new phase should be much stronger. It is easy to miss and find yourself holding your breath for 12 seconds.

Before this app was updated I could set a longer time for breathing. 15 seconds for an inhale or exhale is alright, it could be longer though, like up to a minute for a breath in or out. Additionally, there is no pure black theme for an oled screen! At night, when I use this app, the screen is very bright.

I appreciate the simplicity of this app. However, I have a couple of suggestions: it would be great to include a very low-volume background music option to help keep the mind focused when the eyes are closed, and incorporating a voiceover with instructions like "Take a deep breath," "Hold it now," and "Exhale slowly through your mouth" would enhance the experience.
