absolutely useless if you have multiple people. we have six people on our beach badge app, but you can only lock into one device at a time. and you can't re-log back in once you switch devices. so dumb what if some people want to leave the beach and come back in half an hour? you have to literally take their phone because you can't log in twice. terrible oversight.

We understand your frustration and appreciate your concerns. We have spent significant time to streamline the user experience. The restriction on sharing login credentials is in place to prevent fraud. To offer flexibility, we've developed a system that allows users to temporarily transfer access to others; however, not all towns use it.
