absolutely useless if you have multiple people. we have six people on our beach badge app, but you can only lock into one device at a time. and you can't re-log back in once you switch devices. so dumb what if some people want to leave the beach and come back in half an hour? you have to literally take their phone because you can't log in twice. terrible oversight.

We understand your frustration and appreciate your concerns. We have spent significant time to streamline the user experience. The restriction on sharing login credentials is in place to prevent fraud. To offer flexibility, we've developed a system that allows users to temporarily transfer access to others; however, not all towns use it.

We partnered with My Beach Mobile to process our credit card transactions and to position our beach for 2026 and moving forward. The implementation was so simple The app is so clean and easy to use. The customer success team was delightful. I want to especially call out Carolina! From the start to the finish, she guided us through with her happy personality, her expertise, and her follow through. As a user and a customer, I can't recommend My Beach Mobile more highly!
