Since the last update I cannot access my profile at all. the app just keeps sending me back to the login page after entering my mobile number and password. and I was only made aware of the fact that they don't use the card number anymore, so you need to logon to the app in order to scan your bill or request an OTP, so I couldn't gain points from my last meal. I even tried uninstalling and installing again, but still have the same issue.

I have been using my spur card for years, now they say I need an app. I lost those numbers years back and I can't login and now I can't use my points. Emailed them multiple times with no response. Also what is the point of an app,if it takes you back to the browser?

Had a great experience at Falcon Arrow Spur. The service was great. The cleanliness of the place is amazing. The managers are also did a great job with checking up on customers. The only thing that was worrying was the waiting time for food.
