Unusable. The clothing dimensions are measured flat... How does that make sense? Why not use measurements similar to every other clothing store? I would have accepted losing personal time, ordering and then returning clothes that didn't fit me but I can't even buy them anyway since I go to checkout and there is a bug stopping me from advancing past the address entry because the screen just shakes as if it's opening and closing something in the background, multiple times per second. Unusable.

The app's UI is just as impractical as the website's. Too fancy, too cumbersome, too "outside the box." It's not uncommon to accidentally swipe right or left to an unrelated item while looking at another item's page. Takes too much scrolling, clicking and un-collapsing to find basic information about a garment. Even a simple zooming motion on a picture often fails and causes something else to happen. To leave a page, you have to hit return two or three times, because it will scroll up instead.

I hate this app so much. It's so weird that you have to swipe down to view more photos. Plus the swiping is overly sensitive so it keeps swiping the wrong way (e.g. left instead of up) and it seems to jump around of its own accord. The main page is far too busy and overwhelming. The model photos are also way too busy and it's annoying that they're inconsistent from one product to the next. Just have normal studio photos!
