Last Land: War of Survival

The graphics and art are really nice but it's more of a city builder than advertised it to be, like it still has the running with adding strength and soldiers that the main pictures show, but like 90% of the game is just leveling up your base. That got reeeeaaaally boring, especially since I already have another game like this but with a much better put-together guild. Also, idk if it's just my phone, but it seems to lag sometimes, too. Some of the menu interfaces were tiring to navigate too

I have never wrote a neg. review. Played for a couple of weeks and had several bugs. Contacted costumer service for help many times only to recieve a late response days later and never fixing the issue. And yes when they say " please contact our team and we will work with you", its a sham. And when over half the players in the game experienced significant power loss due to a bug in the game they expect you to play normally. Never got compensated nor a response from their team.

Enjoyed the game until I had a payment issue. I never received a purchased pack, so I requested and received a refund through Google just before the 48 hour deadline. COE locked my account for a "malicious refund" and said they would unlock it if I refunded the .99. They said I received the pack, but I had checked my inboxes multiple times and never saw it. I asked for a screenshot of the collection email from my account and said I would reimburse them if I could get a screenshot, but they won't provide it or let me check the account. Don't waste your time and money because if there is an issue, you will get screwed. Good thing I found this out early.
