You ask for sharing feedback/rating hotel stays but don't provide and option to "skip" uploading pictures of the property. Everybody is not a wannabe influencer. I just wanted to mention what I liked/disliked about the hotel and submit my thoughts. As uploading pictures was the last step of my feedback form and I had already put efforts to reach there, I had to upload my road trip and get over it. Don't blame me if u see roads in a hotel review.

I recently booked flight tickets through make my trip. The flights were cancelled by the airlines and the refund was processed. However I used a gift card and simpl app to pay for it. Simpl app is now banned by RBI. Inspite of requesting them through customer support to let them know this and if they refund it to simpl I won't get the money back and to send it to me directly they didn't. Also my gift card amount is also not refunded to the card. No update. all money lost.

pathetic services, there prices are always on a higher side compared to other platforms. in the name of charges they just squeeze the customers by adding useless charges. don't use this platform at all. customer care is also useless they don't provide you any support by any means. complete useless and wastage of money. the prices almost 3k to 4 k higher on make my trip and that too after there offers so you can imagine the level of scam from just 1 individual. Think wisely and uninstall the app
