One core functionality of our App and our smartwatch is to allow users to handle phone calls, SMS and other incoming messages directly from the smartwatch.

Terrible, over records steps, loses connection, loses data, fails to sync data. edit: 14-jun-25. it's even worse if that's possible, won't connect to the watch, but yet won't delete/ forget. so it's now both paired and yet not connected. won't sync or update, and can't forget the device to try reconnect as if as new device, because it says it's paired, but not connected. It says an app is required to use this device, but I am using the app,🤷 it makes no sense at all. just awful. Zero stars.

Please remove the annoying logo behind every screen that obscures what you're trying to view. What is the point of it? The sleep tracker is so off. It says I'm asleep while watching TV. Heart rate monitor is wayyy off, my finger monitor, that is usually 2 bpm +/- was reading 116 but my watch was saying 85. I have POTS, so i got the watch as a faster way of checking whether I need to sit down or not, but I'm going to have to stick with my finger monitor! £45 wasted on the Active+ Amoled

Best watch app and out there! I've used it to transform $ a 29 smart watch into one I've worn and relied upon for all my fitness metrics for over 2 years. "The fitness app makes the fitness watch - not the other way around!" (-me 🙂)
