Love it ! The only app you need for burpees! It asks how many your able to do and then gives you small reps of 4 or 5 sets. No pressure as the timer starts at like 130 second ( plenty of time ) and it adds up how many you did that day. Let me tell you this is the way to get strong. You think you can only do 20or 30 but when given the little amount of reps asked you squeeze out tons more! I was able to do 20 to fatigue but the workout I produced 48 burpees and that's only day one !!!!!!

Exercise is a good start to taking your health seriously and this app was a Reminder to do something physically to change the direction of my health wich is heading in the wrong direction now being diagnosed with High Blood Pressure and Diabetese and now this app and Coconut Water is the foundation of my plan to take control of my health and Sugar intake Thank You May the Adonai Bless you
