Yet her thick curly hair is falling out in large clumps, the strands of her hair caught in bundles between her fingers. Faezeh resolutely packs her hair with her other things, she will be leaving Germany and returning to Iran. While trying to pack an unmanagable ivy plant, first the plant falls on the floor and then she herself. The young woman experiences her fall as a surreal leap through time and space and also as a clash with the harsh reality of her old and new homeland. GIS is a portrait of leavetaking.
