She confronts Anthony about it. Anthony explains that Macy may have cancer, but left for Europe against her doctor's advice and postponed the necessary examination because of the concert. Anthony believes that Macy is risking her life because she is still in love with Thorne. In Rotterdam, Macy confesses to Sally that she might have throat cancer. A shocked Sally tries to prevent Macy from going back on stage and further stress her vocal cords, but she cannot be stopped. The celebrated stars return to the cheering audience to sing three more songs. Thorne is thrilled to share this once in a lifetime moment to headline a concert together with his former wife. Eric notices that Sally suddenly seems to be concerned about something.
