Sami thinks this might be a whitewash of Adil's one murder. However, this is Adil's account of his past. Between the images and cuts, it is understood that Adil blames himself of many murders during a police investigation in the past. Sami was the only one person who survived of the investigations. Despite his survival, he was also given the task of burying his friends and tamper with the evidences. After all that physical and emotional torture, Sami continues his life as a gravedigger and he remembers the past when Adil finds him. The person whom Adil refers to be burried is actually himself.
