A doctor who has forgotten his bag, telephones his sister to bring it to him. This she does and Belmont, seeing her and being smitten with her beauty, follows her. She notices him following her and is angry, but pays no attention to him. After delivering the bag to the doctor, she returns home. Belmont still following her and while looking admiringly at her is thrown from the bicycle and hurt she enters the house and Belmont mistaking her for the doctor, goes in after her. She decided to play a joke on him and treats him. She tells him that he has a hole in his head and uses some red ink to prove it. She then shaves his hair off, leaving it totally bald. She then pastes court plaster on his bead in such a way that it spells the word "FOOL." She then chases him out and he goes home. Taking off his hat he sees the joke that has been played on him and he rushes back. There he is met by the young lady who laughs at him and by the doctor himself who, having arrived home, also enjoys the joke. Belmont seeing that he can get no satisfaction, runs wildly from the house, bemoaning the loss of his hair and determining never to flirt again. Written by
