Marie's father buys a new dog, but it runs away straight to the noble Nimrod. Snub takes the animal back home and incidentally starts a mild flirtation. Marie enters her pet in the dog show, but a villain happens along and clips his hair. Snub is ingenious enough to hoodwink the judges.
