The other boy hears more shots and sees a dark car driving away quickly and some guy running the other way. The car is quickly found, because it hit another car a street away. Through the car owner they arrest a drugs-dealer named Billy. He was the one who ran away. They find a gun at his house, but it's not the one the boy was shot with.
