Werner, affectionately called "Captain" by everyone, has been with the company for a long time and is a true leader - someone who speaks up when something doesn't suit him. This doesn't always go down well, especially with his superior, Dorn - a former garbage collector who has risen to the top. What no one suspects: Dorn is planning modernization measures. First, the equally attractive and cool Dr. Hanna Keller shows up, wanting to statistically record her colleagues' efficiency, then the PZT04-5000 garbage robot. It's now dawning on everyone what this means; Werner, Ralle, and Tarik are also worried about their jobs, which are to be rationalized away by "Dörte." There's considerable unrest among the staff.
