We've designed this program for all fitness levels - we're here to get stronger, build muscle, and achieve your goals. Strength is broken up into 4 days of lifting per week, two days of either Yoga, running or some other cardio, and one full day of recovery. The lifting days are split into two movements: pushing, which includes chest, shoulders and triceps; and pulling: which is back, biceps, and legs. So for your 4 days of lifting, it's two days of pushing, and two days of pulling. Our program has two phases: hypertrophy and force.
