The bulk of the film deals with the fugitives from Nazi Germany. The footage deals with the highlights (now low lights) of Adolph Hitler;s rise to power, the secret police, espionage in the home, Nazi propaganda in the schools, and mentions the concentration camp. It covers the problem of all the various-country refugees in foreign countries, complicated by immigration laws and lack of funds. Palestine and its agricultural and industrial activities , are shown as an example of how the resettlement problems can be met.
