First we get a look at Florida's Wellington Mall. The tropical themed aspects, pastel color scheme and unusual topiary and decor make this mall a memorable 1980's time capsule. The second half of this short covers North Carolina's Pennrose Mall. Built in 1968, this small, single floor regional shopping center remains mostly unchanged and now, sadly mostly unrepaired.
