A similar exercise at Jos and Rita's' couple therapy makes her wrongly assume he has gay tendencies and vow to 'fight those' by encouraging his macho side, so he can finally get waited on hand and foot 1950s style. Vic decides against buying a diamond engagement ring and does it his own way after Geert insists he must return the expensive earrings bought for Erik to make up for the ripped dress incident.
