With 32 minutes, the film transports the audience to the universe of Hiedy de Assis Corrêa, Hassis, with a narrative built from the collection left by the artist, including films that were in delicate condition. The documentary portrays the life and work of the painter, draftsman and muralist based in Florianópolis. Self-taught, Hassis was an illustrator of the Southern Magazine, published by the Southern Group, made up of artists and intellectuals linked to the modernist movement. He has participated in more than 250 solo and group exhibitions, as well as art halls in Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul. His works include the petit pavé floor at Praça XV de Novembro, with figures from the culture. place. He is also patron of chair 28 of the Santa Catarina Academy of Letters and Arts (ACLA). See less
