Having blamed himself all these years for not being able to solve the case, Finn approaches the investigation with particular empathy. Forensic examinations reveal that Leonie Faber died from a skull injury. She was carrying the key to a Jehovah's Witnesses hall and a love letter written to her by the mysterious "S." Did Leonie have a date on the evening of her disappearance? A former admirer, Salvatore Rinaldi, who now has a relevant criminal record, immediately flees when the detectives try to question him. But Rinaldi isn't the only one with something to hide; other classmates and the girl's parents, members of Jehovah's Witnesses, have also been keeping their secrets for 15 years.
