At the office, he accepts a new anonymous call in the presence of Kelly and entrusts her that he thinks that voice says plainly about Eden. At Johnny's, Julia asks Laken not to tell anyone that Mason slept at her home last night. Facing Julia's concerns, Laken guesses that she is hiding something else from him other than Mason is the father of the baby for whom she waits. Arrived at the office, Julia says to Mason that Laken guessed everything and that she thinks it is simpler to tell everybody the truth. Mason forbids her to, thinking first of all of Victoria. Hayley, still jealous of Laken, finds shelter on the beach to isolate herself. Jake finds her there and, after one afternoon of entertainment, ends up embracing her. Meanwhile, Laken joins Ted in Abernathy stables, when Ted's mare begins looking low. Pearl offers Cruz to work as detective with him. But Eleanor did not abandon her application and offers to find the only one Jeffrey in eight hours, in exchange for her appointment. She manages to alert the sheriff of the Valley of Death, by asking him to stop Jeffrey. Jeffrey is fast behind bars. Eleanor joins him there to persuade him to come back with her to Santa Barbara, by telling him that Kelly had a serious accident. This did not happen, but Eleanor has to achieve this deal with Cruz so he is forced to hire her. Written by Johnny Quick See less
