He goes into a fantasy dream where he discovers his EMPOWERED alter ego and finally finds out exactly what he wants. The next morning, he and Latvia hatch a plot to sabotage the slideshow that Elle is presenting. Accepting Dr.Brown's offer, Molly comes in for a pre-screen chat to discuss her worries. Reluctantly, Molly opens up about her loneliness and her blunt doctor softens to offer Molly the support she needs. During the presentation the sabotage is in full swing, but unbelievably, the client is extremely receptive and complimentary to Elle only. Incensed, Jordan finally reaches his limit and speaks his truth with an ultimatum to Elle. Feeling like the rug has been ripped out from underneath her, Elle asks Latvia to explain what has happened and suddenly her and Latvia realize who actually fired Latvia.
