With no friends or family to visit, Michael spends his days getting dressed and going through the motions of his usual routine in town. He goes in hope someone will spark up conversation but no one ever does, in fact he seems to be getting less and less noticed. After a day of getting ignored by everyone he encounters, Michael feels more isolated than usual. He finds his wife's makeup and gets a curious idea. He sets out to get the attention of the townspeople, hoping to bring some intrigue and amusement to their seemingly boring lives. Yet Michael doesn't find the reaction he's looking for, nor any reaction for that matter. He is determined to get noticed so keeps persistent.
