When he learns that Bauska Country festival has announced a competition for new bands, he sees it as his big chance. The problem is the entrance fee, so Billy decides to "borrow" the money that Jana has saved up for a new water heater. Meanwhile Jana has learned that she is pregnant and the dreamer's nature of Billy which once was so charming, now is becoming an issue.
