Despite Manuela's growing attraction to Serafin, she is still determined to go through with her marriage to Don Pedro. But Serafin tries to use what knowledge he has of Don Pedro's true identity to twist it to his own advantage in wooing Manuela. But Serafin's plan may backfire on him.
