The film explores the life and work of the Gujarati poet, playwright, director and actor Bhadrakant Zaveri, who was fatally injured in a bomb blast in 1993. Bharati Kapadia highlights the key features of their twenty-four-year relationship to highlight the transformative power of love and show that life and love take on many bodies. While narrating the story of the two protagonists, the film encapsulates the transformation of the vibrant city formerly known as Bombay. See less
