He hires a home inspector to do an appraisal, but when the results come back he is incredibly disappointed. The appraisal comes in hundreds of thousands of dollars under what he expected. Thinking something fishy might be happening, Wendell decides to remove all the evidence of his family, and has a white friend pose as the new owner of the house, who is looking to flip it for a profit.
