After the ceremony, the guests are invited to fly in a balloon; from above, some of them see the bride, Mélanie Verneil, and groom having an argument at the edge of the pool. Suddenly, she grabs a bottle of champagne and inflicts a blow to his head. He sinks into the water but Mélanie does not try to save him and flees.
