Mother Marianne was deprived of all custody and Daniel therefore forcibly taken into care by Gottsunda municipality. Tomorrow, Monday 20 March, an unusual trial will begin in Uppsala district court: Marianne has sued the municipality for having caused her son's death and is demanding damages in the millions.
