When Billy got money for Rose chemotherapy, he books an appointment with a doctor and while on the way to the hospital he will be robbed and he loses all the money that he has earned so far, then Billy in frustration screams around and when he sees the rich couples, he goes and robs them and runs when he hears the cop siren, he finds a small amount of money like 25 to 30 dollars. Billy returns home empty handed sees Rose asleep, gets a flash back where Rose wanted to get rid of the pain, asks Billy to kill. Now Billy decides to kill Rose, and what follows is the climax.
