But, when the elevator stops, Jerry quickly discovers that his boss is not up to the task of cramped spaces, and tries to keep him calm, while simultaneously pitching his idea to secure a client that is falling off. After repeated attempts and rejections, John reveals a secret that not only puts his own position at risk, but now Jerry's future with the information he now has.
