When he arrives on the scene, he sees a poor little dog all alone, tied up, and without any food or water. As Porter is giving the dog water, he is confronted by the property owner, Big Ron. Porter pleads with him to lower his music and properly tend to his animal, but Big Ron threatens him instead of complying. After checking in with headquarters, Porter learns that this shady character has multiple warrants out for his arrest.
