The video shows certain clips of a boy and a girl who are both in love with each other and yet they can't be together cause the female protagonist has a certain disease. The male protagonist is distraught by the news that the one he loves is going to die. In order for her to live, he makes a sacrifice and uses his healthy donor in order for her to live. After the donor, the girl is struck by the news that it was 'his' eyes that she received in order to live and he is no longer in this world. The music video is to show the sorrow and sadness that the group NRG had to deal with when they lost their group member, Kim Hwansung just a year before the music video was released.
