Before the fun begins, Carol has one stop to make first; the mall. Much to Danny's chagrin, they stop into a boutique so Carol can shop for a new dress. While browsing, she finds the exact dress she has been searching for; however, another customer is holding it. Carol tries to convince the other woman to let her have the dress, but she is not convinced. Finally, Carol goes full crazy Karen mode and decides to call the police, claiming she was assaulted by the customer. When police arrive and question both parties, it appears as if Carol is going to get her way. That is, until, a video surfaces of the encounter, filmed by none other than her son, Danny.
