But his carelessness ends when he takes a screening test. He then learns that he has hepatitis C. Leaving his appointment with the doctor distraught, he begins a deep and violent existential crisis. In search of information, he finds himself in the evening in front of the A.I.D.E.S office, where Helena, a solitary drug dealer, recognizes him as a potential client. Their short interview is an electric shock for J.L, who understands that he must change radically if he does not want to sink. For her part, Helena questions the destructive habits that pursue her and tries to make some changes in her life.
