The frequency of accidents on the streets of the capital of the German Democratic Republic (GDR) can be seen, including the unadjusted and increased speed, incorrect actions of pedestrians, the non -gender of the right of way and driving under alcohol. The head of the Berlin, Major Busse, takes care of the question of whether a GDR's own driving has developed.
