Although discouraged by job prospects, he is cheered on by his loving wife, Jasmine. Meanwhile, Kirk, a handsome ladies' man, tries to keep his marriage a secret from Charlene who is pregnant with his first child. Life seems perfect for Melvin and his family after he finds a job. But life for Kirk sours after his wife, Melissa, finds out that he has had a baby by Charlene. Charlene moves on with her life, including returning to work as a stripper. Kirk's insatiable needs and jealousy bring about a series of events that threatens the lives and livelihoods of him, Charlene, Jasmine, Melissa, and Melvin.
