He calls her back, but their conversation is filled with awkward misunderstandings. When the waitress arrives to take their orders, their differences become clear. Despite realizing how different they are, Daphne continues the date, and both start lying to impress each other. Daphne, overwhelmed by the dishonesty, excuses herself to her car, while Drake, left alone, orders whiskey to ease his discomfort. When she returns, they bond over their shared fake enthusiasm for roller coasters. The waitress returns without the whiskey Drake requested, leading him to explain he's not an alcoholic. Daphne admits they've been dishonest and are too different for a real connection. Despite this, they share a passionate kiss in her car, agreeing they'll never meet again. Written by Isaak K.
