Join in for a fun and exciting ride of Alana taking over the city while diving into a futuristic dream world of her fantasies. "High" summarizes as a head in the clouds girl who is sprung out head over heels in love with this guy. She's so in love that she's physically and mentally high. It is not a good high though, it is a toxic high like a drug. It feels amazing but is not good for you. Throughout the music video, there are moments of her friends telling her that her guy is not good for her. The film portrays both futuristic and realistic scenes. The futuristic scenes includes she's so high that she's in space dancing with alien dancers. She's so high that a space theme model portrays smoke coming out of her as a metaphor symbolizing her being so high (in love). She's so high that she has non stop laughter with her boyfriend in Coney Island. She's pulling up as her best self. She's driving in her best car and showing up in her best outfits.
