John admonishes his stepsister, "Get dressed. You're getting married today." He walks downstairs, the scent of his stepsister still lingering on his skin. He finds Darren in the living room, his head in his hands. John inquires, "Is everything okay?" Darren lifts his head and looks John in the eyes, "No, no it's not. I know exactly what's going on." John's heart races, and he begins to perspire. How can he explain his illicit affair with his stepsister, especially on her wedding day? How can his best friend forgive him for such a betrayal? John opens his mouth to speak, but Darren interjects, "She's cheating on me with her boss, isn't she?" John feels a wave of relief wash over him; Darren doesn't know the truth. However, his task is not over yet. He must convince Darren that Stella (Elena Koshka) is faithful to him and that they are perfect together. He urges Darren to go to her, assuring him that he will see her sincerity and her true love for him. Darren agrees, and John feels a pang of guilt as he knows the intimate evidence of his encounter with Stella remains. He knows Stella, though.
