What is her sister doing in Erfurt? Rosa has supposedly come to say goodbye to Tamar before a long trip to Australia. The attending physicians, Dr. Marc Lindner and Ivo Maric, quickly notice that Rosa isn't being entirely honest with her sister. Rosa seems to be in a bad state both physically and emotionally. While Marc supports his patient, Ivo also tries to support Tamar and gives her a hint about Rosa's problems. He doesn't expect that this will only widen the gap between the sisters. Whatever has happened to their loving relationship? But before Tamar can figure it out, Rosa's life is suddenly in danger. The brothers Hassan and Amir Baskaya are laughingly picked up by assistant doctor Oliver Probst at the Johannes Thal Hospital. Because the two dared each other to jump through a burning tire on a children's bike, one suffered a broken fibula and the other a traumatic brain injury. Prof. Dr. Karin Patzelt is already familiar with the two brothers and their antics, having worked as paramedics at the JTK for years. Therefore, Karin Patzelt warns Olli: If things get too much, he, as a doctor, has to set boundaries. Not exactly Olli's strong suit... Today's charity run is the dominant topic among the staff. This includes Matteo and Leyla. When Leyla challenges Matteo, he has no choice but to agree. But both have a full surgical schedule ahead of them.
