In a bid to improve society and curb anti-social behaviour, the Government has introduced Nuclear Enforcement; a law that means all children must be raised by a mother and a father. The film focuses on Catherine, a single parent who is on the run with her son. However, her son becomes ill and as desperation sets in, she takes the support of an ex-single parent, Henry. The only problem is, Henry is being manipulated by the very same Nuclear Enforcement agent who is hunting Catherine.
