After setting up he discovers his school rival Katy has created the same project. In an attempt to stand out Katy sabotages his project by smashing it on the gym floor. Jeremy races against the clock to rebuild his project using his schools science fair and emerges at the science fair moments before the judges reach him. He and Katy compete against each other to see who created to better catapult.
